To help ensure you are able to access the support for your studies as soon as possible we are able to offer remotely delivered assessments, as well as face to face. When booking your assessment, please let us know your preference so that we can ensure your health during these challenging times.

– your home and term time address
– your course details
– your telephone number(s)
– the times that you are available
– your funding body letter and medical evidence

Please note that our telephone system will ask you to leave a message if we are taking another call, it does not mean we are not available. Please leave your name, telephone number and the times you are available and simply state that you want to book a needs assessment.
